Armour G2 vs original Armour G: what's improved?
The Armour G2 upgrades the original Armour G with a larger 3400mAh built-in battery (previously 3000mAh), up to 3A USB-C charging with a compatible charger (previously 2A), automatic locking alongside its button lock, and enhanced battery protection. Note that the G2's maximum output is 60W, compared with the original Armour G's 80W; the newer model is not an upgrade in maximum wattage.

Armour G2 FAQs
Does the Armour G2 need a separate battery?
No. The Armour G2 has a built-in rechargeable 3400mAh battery. The Armour GS2 is a different model that uses a removable 18650 battery.
Can I replace the Armour G2 pod?
Yes. The device uses replaceable Armour G Series pods and replaceable GTX coils. Check whether you need an MTL or DTL pod, and make sure the replacement is suitable for your Armour G2.
Which coils fit the Vaporesso Armour G2?
Compatible GTX coil options include 0.2Ω, 0.3Ω, 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω, with suitable pod selection. GTX 0.15Ω is excluded.
What is the difference between MTL and DTL?
MTL (mouth-to-lung) means drawing vapour into the mouth before inhaling, generally with a tighter draw. DTL (direct-to-lung) means inhaling directly into the lungs, generally with a more open draw. The supplied pod and coils differ by kit version, so confirm the version on the retail packaging.
