1) Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services

Coffee and Vape (Pty) Ltd is a business operating in the retail and online vape industry in South Africa. Coffee and Vape offers a range of vape products and accessories, including disposable vapes, pod systems, vape devices, e-liquids, replacement pods, coils, accessories, and related products.

All products listed on this website are subject to availability. Product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but may be updated or changed without prior notice.

2) Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery will be confirmed by way of order confirmation, courier notification, tracking number, or other relevant communication.

Coffee and Vape uses courier services for delivery within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, courier delays, public holidays, weekends, and circumstances outside of our control.

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Coffee and Vape is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

3) Export Restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Coffee and Vape does not currently offer international shipping. Orders may only be delivered within the Republic of South Africa.

4) Returns and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Coffee and Vape is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Coffee and Vape will refund the customer in full within 30 days.

Cancellation of orders by the customer may attract a 10% administration fee, where applicable, especially where payment gateway fees, processing costs, courier costs, or order handling costs have already been incurred.

Due to the nature of vape products, e-liquids, disposable vapes, pods, coils, and other consumable or hygiene-sensitive products may not be returned once opened, used, tampered with, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

Returns may only be accepted where:

• The incorrect product was supplied;
• The product was damaged on arrival;
• The product is defective and falls within the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty;
• The return request is made within a reasonable time after receiving the product.

Customers must contact Coffee and Vape before returning any goods. Returned goods must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Warranty claims are subject to supplier or manufacturer assessment. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect charging, liquid damage, physical damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

5) Customer Privacy Policy

Coffee and Vape shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

For the purpose of this clause, “Personal Information” shall be defined as detailed in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, also known as POPIA.

Customer information is used only for purposes relating to order processing, delivery, customer service, account management, marketing communication where consent has been provided, and legal or regulatory compliance.

Coffee and Vape will not sell or distribute customer personal information to third parties, except where required for order fulfilment, payment processing, courier delivery, fraud prevention, or where required by law.

The Payfast by Network Privacy Policy may be accessed on the Payfast by Network website.

6) Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express cards, EFT, Instant EFT, or any other payment options made available at checkout.

Where bank transfer is accepted, payment may be made into the Coffee and Vape bank account, the details of which will be provided on request or during the order process where applicable.

Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

7) Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Coffee and Vape via the approved payment gateway used on this website.

Where Payfast by Network is used, Payfast by Network acts as the approved payment gateway for South African acquiring banks.

The payment gateway uses secure encryption technology to process transactions securely. No card details are stored on the Coffee and Vape website.

Customers may refer to the relevant payment gateway’s website for more information about their security certificate, security policy, and payment processing terms.

8) Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Coffee and Vape separately from card details.

Card details are entered by the customer on the secure payment page of the approved payment gateway and are not stored on the Coffee and Vape website.

9) Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa.

The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10) Responsibility

Coffee and Vape takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

11) Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa.

Coffee and Vape chooses South Africa as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

12) Variation

Coffee and Vape may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
