Premium Ni90 Wire for Advanced Coil Builders

Hellvape Competition Wires 23G deliver the performance serious builders demand. Crafted from high-grade Ni90 (Nichrome 90), this competition-grade wire offers rapid ramp-up, lower resistance, and exceptional flavour production — engineered for cloud chasers and flavour enthusiasts who build their own coils.

Why Ni90 Outperforms Standard Wire

Ni90 contains a higher nickel content than traditional Nichrome, resulting in faster heating and lower resistance per inch. Your coils reach optimal temperature almost instantly, producing dense vapour clouds and intense flavour without lag. The 23-gauge thickness strikes the perfect balance between durability and flexibility, making it ideal for complex builds in RDA, RTA, and RDTA atomisers.

Key Features

• Ni90 (Nichrome 90) Material: Superior conductivity and faster ramp-up than standard Nichrome
• 23-Gauge Thickness: Durable, stable wire for consistent coil performance
• Low Resistance: Approximately 0.09Ω per inch for efficient power delivery
• Instant Vapour Production: Minimal delay from firing to full vapour output
• Enhanced Flavour & Clouds: Optimised heat distribution for rich taste and dense vapour
• Versatile Compatibility: Perfect for RDA, RTA, and RDTA rebuildable atomisers

Ideal For

Advanced vapers who build custom coils for competition, cloud chasing, or flavour optimisation. Whether you're crafting intricate Clapton coils, simple round-wire builds, or experimenting with exotic configurations, Hellvape Competition Wire provides the reliability and performance you need.
