DOJO Sphere S 40K Disposable Vape – 40,000 Puffs, 5% Nicotine

Introducing the DOJO Sphere S 40K, a high-capacity rechargeable disposable vape with a manufacturer-rated capacity of up to 40,000 puffs, a 20ml prefilled e-liquid reservoir and 5% (50mg/ml) nicotine. Its distinctive starlight shimmer lighting, translucent leather-style grip and compact curved body create a recognisable Sphere S design.

Built with a 1000mAh rechargeable battery, USB Type-C charging and a real-time LED screen, the Sphere S 40K lets adult users monitor remaining battery and e-liquid levels. Switch between ECO and SMART operating modes and adjust the airflow to suit the preferred draw.

About DOJO – The Brand Behind Sphere S

DOJO is a vape-device brand associated with VAPORESSO. Under its Create & Share philosophy, the brand develops products that combine distinctive industrial design with practical device controls. Its wider product family includes the BLAST, OPAL, Sphere and PUREX ranges, each with its own form factor and features. The Sphere S 40K belongs specifically to the Sphere series; specifications from other DOJO devices should not be assumed to apply to this model.

What Makes the DOJO Sphere S 40K Different?

The Sphere S 40K is designed around a compact, rounded silhouette with a translucent leather-style exterior. Its starlight shimmer effect provides distinctive illumination during use, while the soft-looking grip texture and clear mouthpiece complete the exterior design. The housing measures approximately 86.78 × 53.41 × 30mm.

Inside, the device uses a 1000mAh rechargeable battery and a factory-prefilled 20ml e-liquid reservoir. The manufacturer advertises a maximum of 40,000 puffs; this is a rated maximum, not a guaranteed number of draws. A built-in LED status display provides separate readings for remaining battery power and e-liquid.

How the Sphere S 40K's SMART and ECO Modes Work

SMART Mode responds to the strength of the user's inhalation by adjusting power output. ECO Mode uses a lower-power setting intended to prioritise extended use. A separate adjustable airflow control changes the draw feel. These are operating settings, not different nicotine strengths or flavour variants.

DOJO Sphere S vs Sphere X

The two models are part of DOJO's Sphere family, but they have different designs. The Sphere S 40K uses a translucent leather-style case, starlight illumination and a status LED display. The Sphere X is a separate model known for its wraparound display. They should not be confused when comparing specifications or ordering accessories.
