Order Fulfillment

We process orders on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Paid orders received by 9:00 AM are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Accurate Shipping Address

Enter the correct and complete delivery address at checkout (recipient name, street, suburb, city, province, postal code, and phone). We ship to the address you provide. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may cause delays or extra courier fees.

Recipient Availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a local depot/collection point.
