Priming Instructions

For Integrated-Coil Pods (2ml / 5ml): Open the silicone plug, fill completely with e-liquid, and let the cartridge sit upright for 5 to 10 minutes before clicking it onto your battery.

For Empty Pods (4ml / 5.5ml): Push a fresh PnP coil firmly into the bottom of the pod base until flush. Fill with juice and wait 5 to 10 minutes to let the wick absorb completely.

⚠ Failure to wait will immediately burn the internal cotton and permanently ruin the pod's flavour production.

Order Fulfillment

We process orders on weekdays (Monday–Friday). Paid orders received by 9:00 AM are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 9:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
